Mardi Gras Colors
Mardi Gras, or Fat Tuesday is almost here. This means the Carnival season, which began on the Christian feasts of the Epiphany and which will end on March 5th, the day before Ash Wednesday, is about to kick into high gear. During the Carnival season you’ll see flags and decorations with the Mardi Gras colors purple, green and gold on buildings and, of course, during parades. If you want to keep a little bit of Mardi Gras in your house all year around, why not paint one or more rooms in your home with one of the colors? And if you are worried that the colors are too bright, keep in mind, you don’t have to color your entire room, an accent wall can open up your space and give your home a modern feel.
Purple
